Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-b)/26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case only on mere suspicion. It has further been submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
