2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No.423 of 2022 lodged under Sections 304 and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against three named accused persons including the petitioner against whom there is allegation that they started abusing the informant's father and they pushed his father due to which he fell down and caused injury on his chest. Subsequently, he found dead in the night.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that from the content of F.I.R., it become very much clear that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17625 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 the occurrence took place at the night of 18.07.2022 and after occurrence, the said deceased has lived normal life and subsequently, due to medical problem, he died in the morning at 5 AM.

5. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2023 having clean antecedent and charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No.423 of 2022, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
