The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 180 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further he submits that the injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature and injury report also corroborates the same, as contained in Annexure-3 to the bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22843 of 2021(3) dt.28-01-2022 2/2 application. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 180 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
