Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. It is alleged that from the house of petitioner 05 K.gs ganja was recovered.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that none of the family member of the petitioner has been made seizure list witnesses. The First Information Report has been lodged after inordinate delay and the house in question is joint family house.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5137 of 2016 (2) dt.08-02-2016 in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 120 of 2015, arising out of N.D.P.S. Case No. 03 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Begusarai.
