The petitioners seek bail in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No.202 of 2016 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. in course of investigation, the name of the petitioners surfaced in this case in the confessional statement of the co-accused Nityanand Singh, as detailed in paragraph-45 of the case diary. Except that, there is nothing against the petitioners to show their involvement in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18603 of 2017 (3) dt.21-06-2017 2/2 commission of the alleged offence. The petitioners having no criminal antecedent are in custody since 27.06.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No.202 of 2016.
