The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 02 of 2014 registered under Sections447, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that one of the injured persons of this case, has sustained grievous injury on vital part of the body, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail of the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 02 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas stands rejected. However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
