JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-09-2022 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent- authorities to remove the encroachment made over 20 feet village road situated in Khata no. 297, Plot no. 1469 which is Gair Majarua Aam land, situated at villageMusepur, District-Begusarai. The learned counsel for the respondent- State has informed this Court that an encroachment proceeding has already been initiated vide Encroachment case no. 2 of 2018-19, by the Circle Officer, Gardhpura Block, Dist.-Begusarai i.e. the respondent no. 4.

Patna High Court CWJC No.24113 of 2018(2) dt.13-09-2022 2/2 In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid encroachment case, by passing final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, within a period of 12 weeks of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
