Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihta Police Station Case No. 355 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that there is specific accusation against the petitioner that he took part consideration moneyfrom the complainant and executed an agreement to sale but prior to execution of an agreement to sale, petitioner had already sold the lands in question, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail, accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Bihta P.S.Case No. 355 of 2013, pending in the
