The petitioners seek bail in Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 135/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The cousin of the deceased alleged that his sister Chhoti Kumari was married to Jitendra Manjhi son of the petitioners. He got information on 28.04.2016 that his sister was killed. The informant found the dead-body of his sister lying on verandah and there was ligature mark all around her neck.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased. They are living separately. No specific allegation is made against
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12548 of 2017 (2) dt.28-03-2017 the petitioners. The petitioners have no manner of concern with the deceased and her husband.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioners are in jail since 06.05.2016, they have remained in jail for about eleven months, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S.
