Petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 592 of 2016 arising out of Sahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No. 48 of 2016, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 11.3.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner Mukesh Harijan @ Mukesh be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional District Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 592 of 2016 arising out of Sahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No. 48 of 2016.
