The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 448, 427, 337, 307, 379, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, it is a case of assault due to which informant sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12827 of 2022(3) dt.02-11-2022 2/2 parties and both parties have sustained injuries as alleged in separate occurrence.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Kavindra Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Pupri, District- Sitamarhi/concerned Court in connection with Sursand P.S.
