This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Babarganj P.S. Case No.209 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 8(c), 21(b), 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

About 10.44 gram of brown sugar has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 31.10.2025.

Considering the quantum of recovery of brown sugar, which is alleged to have been recovered from the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected for the present. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
