This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody in connection with Buxar (T) PS Case No. 715 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is that they have snatched a locket from the grandson of the informant. Petitioners were caught while fleeing away and the locket was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 08.12.2018.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12125 of 2019(2) dt.27-02-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and remained in custody since 08.12.2018 and investigation is complete in the case, this application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (T) PS Case No. 715 of 2018.
