2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 15/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 441.9 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from Bolero vehicle. The petitioner was arrested on the spot.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 13.01.2024 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14773 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 and Sessions Judge, II cum Special Judge, Excise, Ist, Gopalganj in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 15/2024 .
