The petitioner is accused in connection with Panpur P.S. Case No. 204 of 2019 registered under sections 302, 201 and 34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of A.C.J.M.-I, Saran at Chapra.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2019.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner with submission that petitioner is husband of the deceased. There is direct allegation of killing the daughter of the informant against the petitioner

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, prayer for grant of regular bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Arvind Srivastava, J) shailendra/- U T
