He contended that after filing of these two appeals on behalf of appellants, namely, Rajendra Sao and Ramdeo Sah, another appeal vide Cr. Appeal (DB) No.225
Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.215 of 2020(3) dt.02-02-2021 2/2 of 2020 has been filed on behalf of these two appellants through another counsel.
Learned counsel appearing for the State does not oppose the prayer for withdrawal of the appeals made on behalf of appellants Rajendra Sao and Ramdeo Sao.
