Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, when called upon to do so by the office. The petitioner is/are apprehending his/their arrest in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 360 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged by the informant being Chowkidar that on the occasion of Durga Puja when the villagers were watching film through projector, the accused persons including the petitioners came there and started quarreling with the villagers. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18870 of 2021. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his/their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Pupri in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 360 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
