ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-03-2016 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 15.12.2015 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Jehanabad in Criminal Appeal No.25 of 2008/ 18 of 2010, by which he has upheld the conviction of the Petitioner under Section 14(1) of the Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986 and maintained the sentence of three months R.I., passed by a judgment dated 19.4.2008 by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jehanabad in G.O. case No.25 of 2004 (Trial No.289 of 2008). Having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find any reason for interference. However, considering the period of custody of the Petitioner, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by him.
