Petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 72 of 2014 registered under Sections-304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and admittedly, petitioner Nos. 1 to 4 are agnates of husband of the deceased whereas; petitioner Nos. 5 & 6 are Nandoshi and married Nanad of the deceased respectively. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12658 of 2015 (2) dt.22-05-2015 2/2 in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 72 of 2014 Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
