JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 16-08-2023 Heard Mr. Bipin Bihari Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Ms. Kumari Amrita and, Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned counsels appearing on behalf of the State and Mr. Arun Kumar Arun, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that the authority has been issued by the Accountant

Patna High Court CWJC No.2906 of 2023 dt.16-08-2023 2/2 General, Bihar to the Treasury Officer, Siwan. However, the same has not been credited into the account of the petitioner.

3. Treasury Officer, Siwan is directed to forthwith credit the pension amount into the Bank account of the petitioner within not beyond a period of two days from the date of communication of this order.

4. In case of failure, the petitioner may take appropriate legal action against the Treasury Officer, Siwan.

5. With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
