2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 207 of 2015.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner being husband of the deceased has been falsely implicated as ingredients of offence under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code are not attracted considering that the marriage itself had been solemnized more than seven years prior to the alleged occurrence. Other members of the petitioner's family have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 55149 of 2015.
4. Learned APP for the State, on the other hand, opposes the anticipatory bail of the petitioner submitting that there
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6977 of 2016 (3) dt.11-04-2016 2/2 is specific accusation of demand of dowry of Rs. 30,000/- soon before the alleged occurrence. Learned APP further refers to paragraph 101 of the case diary to submit that the petitioner has been absconding and processes have been issued under Sections 82 and 83 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/- U T
