Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of liquor from the shop of the petitioner. Petitioner was not there at the time of recovery, however, another case of identical nature is there against the petitioner.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges so that the trial may not hamper on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22403 of 2021(2) dt.31-08-2021 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Palasi Police Station Case No.232 of 2020 corresponding to Special Case No. 565 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
