On limited prayer made at the time of hearing of this matter on behalf of the writ petitioner, this writ application is being disposed of, without going into the merit of the case, with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Bank authority for redressal of her grievance. If she approaches the Bank authority, then let the competent authority consider her claim on its own merit and in accordance with law and also as to whether petitioner can be granted some benefit under any one time settlement scheme or any other scheme or not.
