====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-09-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No.7 had obtained appointment on the basis of wrong date of birth.

From the records it is apparent that the petitioner was also an applicant for being selected as post of Mahadalit Vikas Mitra in Gram Panchayat Raj, Khanpura under Block Dariyapur, Saran. The petitioner's candidature was rejected as he had given two different date of birth in the process of selection conducted in the year 2011-2012. Petitioner's counsel submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.437 of 2019(3) dt.05-09-2019 2/2 respondent no.7 has also obtained appointment on the basis of a wrong date of birth.

This Court would grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent No.6 with such complaint. The authority needless to say would examine the issue after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and pass an order in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of.
