2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 525 of 2023 arising out of Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 90 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and others are said to have assaulted the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the specific allegation of assault upon the deceased is on Baccha Babu Sada and Jhameli Sada and there is general and omnibus

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed so far as petitioner nos. 1 and 2 namely Sanjay Sada and Laltun Sada are concerned. So far as petitioner no. 3 namely Jhameli Sada is concerned, this application is dismissed with regard to him.

6. Let the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 namely Sanjay Sada and Laltun Sada be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Sessions Trial No. 525 of 2023 arising out of Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 90 of 2023.
