This application is for grant of bail in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S.Case No.83 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Seciton 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the deceased committed suicide herself as she had illicit relation with other persons and the petitioner has nothing to do with that. He is in custody for about ten months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides and considering the allegation as mentioned against the petitioner in the impugned order and he is

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
