Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399,402,307,353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)A/26/35/27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner and others were arrested on suspicion that they were preparing to commit dacoity. From possession of the petitioner, a firearem and cartridges were recovered. Petitioner is accused in several criminal cases of serious nature. Petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2018. Considering the criminal antecedent and nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S.Case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10847 of 2019(3) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 No.235 of 2018 pending in the court of learned ACJM-II, Danapur, Patna. Hence, prayer is refused.

The learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
