JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2015 This modification petition has been filed for modification of order dated 15-12-2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 460 of 2014.

It has been stated in the modification petition that petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this court vide order dated 15-12-2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 460 of 2014 and four weeks' time for surrender in the court below was granted to the petitioners but due to non-communication of the order in the court below, petitioners could not be able to surrender in time. Accordingly, a prayer was made on behalf of the petitioners to extend the time for surrender in the court below.

No.6705 of 2015 (2) dt.25-02-2015 2/2 In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Modification Application is allowed and accordingly, the time for surrender of the petitioners in the court below is further extended for six weeks from today. All other terms and conditions will remain be same, as mentioned in the order dated 15-12-2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 460 of 2014.
