JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2016 Heard learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, and the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State as also learned counsel for the informant. This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Samho P.S.Case No. 38/2015, disclosing offences under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 384. 427. 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is accused in several cases, some of which have been mentioned in paragraph 3 of this application, I am not inclined to grant him privilege of anticipatory bail.

This application is, accordingly, rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7855 of 2016 (2) dt.06-04-2016 below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail.
