The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 354(A), 379 and 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012.

Earlier this Court vide order dated 5.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43239 of 2016 rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of six months in jail custody.

The petitioner is in custody since 22.8.2016 and he has already completed six months year in jail custody. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Jabru, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Ist Additional Sessions Judge-cum Special Judge, Araria in connection with Kursakanta (Sonamani Godam) P.S. Case No.12 of 2015 correspondent to Spl. Pocso Case No.01 of 2015.
