Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 199 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354-B, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners' side also sustained injuries and injuries sustained by the prosecution side is simple in nature. He further submits that compromise between the parties has already taken place and if

Let the petitioner above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within ten weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Benipur, Darbhanga, in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S.
