The petitioners being the mother, uncles, father, brother-in-law of uncle of co-accused Om Prakash Yadav are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner no.1 took the minor daughter of the informant to her house on 07.10.2014 and thereafter all the accused persons including the petitioners enticed away the victim and sent in the company of co-accused Om Prakash Yadav.

No.14121 of 2015 (2) dt.06-04-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence dated 07.10.2014, the F.I.R. was registered on 12.10.2014 and the thrust of accusation is against co-accused Om Prakash Yadav, who was in love with the victim hence both eloped. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the thrust of accusation against co-accused Om Prakash Yadav, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Inarwa P.S. Case No.74 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
