Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that the petitioner has been paid substantial amount under different heads of retiral dues, however, he is still aggrieved that he has been paid Group Insurance only at the rate of 4.5 percent in place of 12.5 percent and also for non-payment

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University submitted that, insofar as D.A. and H.R.A. are concerned, payment thereof is subject to the final outcome of Civil Review No. 167 of 2023, which is pending before a Division Bench of this Court. It was further submitted that the payment of Group Insurance at the rate of 12.5% is the subject matter of S.L.P. No. 21411-21415 of 2025, which is pending before the Apex Court.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner, if so advised, may approach the appropriate authority, as and when required, for payment of D.A./H.R.A. and Group Insurance, subject to the final outcome of Civil Review No. 167 of 2023, pending before a Division Bench of this Court, and S.L.P. (C) No. 21411-21415 of 2025, pending before the Apex Court.

5. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of.
