In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 533 of 2019, arising out of Karakat P.S. Case No. 169 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In the present case, FIR has been lodged by the mother of the victim that she was informed to death of her daughter and when she went there, she found that the dead body of her daughter was lying in the courtyard. From the case diary it transpires that the petitioner has strangulated the victim that is corroborated by the post mortem report.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for
