This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 26.3.2020, passed in Cr.Misc.No.2335 of 2020. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that due to countrywide lockdown due to Covid 19, petitioners could not surrender before the Court below within the time stipulated in the aforesaid order.

In that view of the matter, modification petition is allowed.

Petitioners are granted four weeks' further time to surrender before the Court below in compliance of the said order passed in connection with Shahpur Police Station Case No. 225 of 2019.

Order dated 26.3.2020 is modified to the extent indicated above.
