Let the petitioner surrender before the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with Complaint Case No.417(C) of 2013 and pray for regular bail.
The petitioner shall be admitted to bail by the court below the day he appears by accepting the bond provisionally. The court below shall issue a notice to the complainant wife on the address given in the petition of complaint which notice shall be ensured to be served through the Officer-in-Charge of the police station within whose jurisdiction the wife resides. The court below shall fix a date for appearance of the parties and it shall

No.16394 of 2015 (2) dt.25-06-2015 individually talked to the spouses besides talking to them jointly so as to identifying the knots in the relationship and shall try to untie them. If the court finds that the petitioner was taking a difficult position on taking the wife back into his family fold, the petitioner's bond shall be cancelled and he shall be remanded to custody. In case, the wife is found putting up undue conditions for joining the petitioner, then in that case, the bond of the petitioner shall be confirmed. In case of the parties reconciling and deciding to go together, then the matter shall be adjourned from time to time for period of two months each and on each of the occasions, the court below shall talk to the parties and find out the degree of cementing of the relationship and shall ultimately dispose of the case by obtaining compromise petition from them. With the above observation, this petition stands disposed of.
