The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Adapur (Nakardey) P.S. Case No. 217 of 2020 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22954 of 2021(2) dt.03-02-2022 2/2 petitioners. There is specific allegation against the co-accused person namely, Bhola Paswan. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Adapur (Nakardey) P.S.
