The petitioner has renewed his prayer of pre-arrest bail which was earlier rejected vide order dated 15.1.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29774 of 2014 on the ground that the fact that in this case after completion of investigation final form has been submitted was not brought to the notice of this Court, and as such, this fact may be brought in the order also.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, in case, the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail before the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 130 of 2014, then his prayer for bail shall be considered on its own merit on the same day after

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9298 of 2015 (2) dt.18-03-2015 considering the fact that final form has been submitted in this case. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
