JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(I) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of CERTIORARI for quashing the order dated dated 20.02.2015 issued under the signature of the respondent no. 4 and contained in his memo no. 1102

Patna High Court CWJC No.3374 of 2015(2) dt.06-12-2022 2/3 dated 20.02.2015 whereby and whereunder the respondent no. 4 had postponed further action pursuant to the notification of the Agriculture Department issued under Memo No. 972 dated 19.02.2015, whereby and whereunder the working period of State Farmer Commission was extended till 31.03.2016 with the writ petitioner no. 1 as the Chairman of the Commission and the petitioners no. 2 to 4 as its permanent Member.

(II) For a declaration that since vide order dated 16.02.2015 passed by a Bench of this Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C. No. 2582 of 2015 was only in respect of the decisions of the then State Government regarding its any policy decision having long term financial implication or repercussion of permanent nature of State Government, which was subsequently modified on 18.02.2015 to the extent that Government may take any decision, however, implementation of decision so taken, shall be deferred till 21.02.2015 and, therefore, the impugned letter issued by the respondent no. 4 is a contempt of this Hon'ble Court to some extent when the respondents have tended to scandalize this Hon'ble Court.

(III) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the respondent authorities to accept the joining of the writ petitioners to their respective posts of State Farmers Commission and allowed them to continue on their post until the expiry of term of Commission or until it is recalled/rescinded by an authority

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondentState has submitted by referring to the counter affidavit filed in the present case that the tenure of the petitioners were only up to 31.03.2016, which has now stood expired, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
