JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-05-2019 An order, dated 04.07.2017, passed by the Collector, Siwan, in Basgit Parcha Revision Case No. 126 of 2012-13 (Jitendra Prasad vs. State of Bihar and Others) is under challenge in the present writ application.

The petitioner has statutory alternative remedy under the provisions of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, as the said order is apparently under the provisions of the Bihar Privileged Persons Homestead Tenancy Act, 1947. This application is accordingly disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the Bihar Land Tribunal assailing the order impugned.
