2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 308(3) , 3(5) OF bns 2023 . 3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner pressed neck of informant. Specific accusation of assault and causing fire arm injury is against other co-accused persons. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

No.11516 of 2025(2) dt.21-03-2025 2/2 of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM Pupri sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S.
