The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dharhara P.S. Case No. 22 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband and the wife made allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the husband and other family members.

It is submitted that the petitioner filed a suit for restitution of conjugal rights bearing Matrimonial Case No. 1238 of 2013 on 23.12.2013 and thereafter the wife alleged that on 13.02.2014 the accused persons assaulted her and drove her out from the house. The wife herself does not want to live with the petitioner.

No.7113 of 2015 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Dharhara P.S. Case No. 22 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
