The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S.Case No.453 of 2016 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation against the petitioner is that 13 bottles of Nepali Saufi liquor, each containing 300 ml, were recovered from her possession.

It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, a copy of seizure list was not given to her and she has been in custody since 15.11.2016 and has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail upon
