2. The contempt application has been preferred for violation of order dated 02.05.2018, passed in CWJC No. 1373

Patna High Court MJC No.4837 of 2018(6) dt.23-02-2024 2/2 of 2018, by which a direction was given to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in the writ petition.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University has taken this Court to the second supplementary show cause on behalf of the opposite party No. 2 to 4, in which the Registrar has passed a reasoned order bringing on record the payments made.

4. This Court is satisfied that the order of the writ Court has been complied with.

5. If the petitioners still have any grievance, they always have the liberty to move before the writ Court.
