JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 21-11-2019 The petitioners pray for the following reliefs :- I) An appropriate writ or direction be issued directing the respondents to enquire as to why and how respondents have made payment for allegedly work done under MNREGA (Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act) without any actual work within Pakahi Jhajhara Panchayat and legal action be taken against guilty persons.

II) An appropriate direction be issued directing the Respondents to recover the amount/public money so grabbed without actual work.

III) An appropriate direction be issued directing the Respondents not to make further payment for aforesaid works till further enquiry and order of this Hon'ble High Court.

IV) Any other appropriate writ or direction be issued which may be applicable in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file a representation before the appropriate authority, in accordance with law.
