2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 625 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 8(c), 21(b) of the NDPS Act and 111(2), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 7.12 grams of Smack from the petitioner who is a woman and is in custody since 18.11.2025.

4. Considering the intermediate quantity, period of custody of the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is a woman, this bail application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11660 of 2026(3) dt.31-03-2026 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, (NDPS Act), Kishanganj/ concerned Court below in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 625 of 2025.

7. At the time of accepting bail bonds of the petitioner, the Court below will verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner. If it is found that the petitioner has other criminal antecedent except the Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 114 of 2021, the Court below shall not accept the bail bonds of the petitioner.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark her attendance at Kishanganj Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) khushbu/- U T
