2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 690 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 4 of the POCSO Act and under Section 67(B) of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have committed rape upon a mentally challenged minor girl and has also recorded the illegal act.

4. Petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2023.

5. Considering the serious allegation against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
