The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 1 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2016.
The allegation is regarding recovery of about 116.235 liters of illicit liquor from the two cars of the petitioners herein. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioners have a clean antecedent and

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Excise, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 1 of 2019.
