JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 18-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State through Virtual Court proceeding. In the present case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 177 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 364/120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code was added.

Allegation against the co-accused including the petitioner is to have killed his wife Mamta Devi and his daughter Neha Kumari. During investigation, the police has found that the petitioner along with one Vickey Kumar killed the victim lady along with her daughter, put the dead body in gunny bag and threw the same in the river.
