2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mali P. S. Case No. 25/2022 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 223 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 19.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32433 of 2024.

4. As per FIR, allegation against this petitioner is that he assaulted on head of informant's son with bricks.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to previous enmity. Petitioner is in custody since

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21308 of 2025(2) dt.16-05-2025 2/2 20.02.2024. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Mali P. S. Case No. 25/2022.
